Testimonials

Sue, We had a really great trip! No problems with the flights or transport. We had great weather, no rain. The RIU Palace was nice, and everyone was super friendly. The food was good with many selections on the buffet, and the steak restaurant was superb. We loved the pools, spacious and very clean. (And a fun foam party!) The beach was interesting - not what we are used to but the sand was actually a neat mixture of tan, black, and crystal (although hot and flip flops necessary on the dry part). The water was warm with very little waves and we spent hours in the ocean and the last day we fed small fish bread and crackers and had about 7 different types around us. We did a sunset snorkel trip with Amstar - the catamaran trip was nice but we did not see much variety or colorful fish and the blue water and white sand they advertised were just a little lighter. We enjoyed the Diamonte Nature Park. It was well done and the people were knowledgeable. We were also able to see both Howler and Cappucian monkeys near the hotel and other neat wildlife. And we did the slides at the waterpark twice and had some fun with that. We did go over to the Guanacoste but did not like their pools or beach as well and there were more people and some trash on the beach.   So yes, the Pacific was great to experience! It really was a nice trip. And what a better day to do laundry and unpack but a rainy one here. Just can't wait now to get and plant flowers (after I get the mower through this grass)!!  Thanks for all your suggestions, planning, and help!  Kathy B.

My husband and I took a much needed vacation at the beginning of March.  We contacted Pan World Travel to advise and aid us in the planning and handling of airlines, reservations and so forth.  With their expert help it was a true vacation, as we didn’t have to deal with the nitty-gritty details that can become cumbersome.  In addition, everything worked as they promised with a support system at every point in the process of transportation, immigration and customs, everything truly seamless.  For the first time ever, on their recommendation,  we chose an all inclusive, Sandals Royal Plantation in Ocho Rios, Jamaica, and it was the perfect choice.  For any couple, I believe, it would also be perfect.  The venue was beautiful, with gorgeous views of the Caribbean; the food was scrumptious, the beach beautiful, the people accommodating and friendly.  We decided that for any upcoming vacations Pan World Travel and Gary would be who we contact.    Madeline O.

Wonderful, highly recommend!!  Pamela S.

I will deal ONLY with Pan World Travel.  Tim T.

Gary and his staff were very helpful in selecting and planning the type of trip we were looking for. Took care of all the details to a T. Everything went as he described. We were so glad he was able to get us a room on the beach. We definitely will contact Gary and his team for our future trips.  David L.

Amazing! So helpful and always there to answer questions.  Alexandra P.

Gary you are SO on point with everything. I would use you again AND recommend to anyone.  Adam S.

Gary and Sue did an excellent job in helping us plan this trip. They were very conscientious and very helpful in providing us with their knowledge and experience of Jamaica and the Negril area.  Randall R.

We went to relax and get away from our daily routines. This turned out to be the place to do that. Very easy to get something to eat at anytime of the day or night.  David L.

Travel is always as easy as sending an email. Gary and Sue are prescient at finding the perfect trip and resort for us. Tara BK.

Dealing with Pan World was excellent.  Metro B.

Sue was incredible at answering all my questions and fitting us to the right resort on our budget!  Kelsey E.

All went extremely well! Thank you for finding the perfect location for my younger brother and me!  Patricia C.

Sue is the BEST! Always goes the "extra mile".  Brenda L.

Outstanding. We love them and their willingness to be so helpful!!  Nicholas K.

Resort is beautiful, peaceful and most important the people are fantastic. Everyone you meet is friendly and always asking if they can help. This was our second time here and we were greeted and treated like old friends the whole week.  Gary and Sue have always been more than accommodating when we want/need to get out of town. Can't wait until next time!  Bob and Betty P., Manchester PA

Gary and Sue are amazing! They planned our trip and made it so simple to travel during covid. I would use their service again in a heart beat! Thanks again! Paige F., Litiz PA

Gary was able to choose the absolute PERFECT resort from only talking to us two or three times before we booked. Gary's suggestion (Couple Negril) was EXACTLY what we pictured, wanted and were looking for. We were blown away with everything at the resort. Also, the Club Mobay was perfect when leaving Jamaica. We will definitely be doing that again as well. I can honestly say that we will be using Gary and Pan World for every destination trip we do moving forward - hopefully soon! It was so easy for us and everything was taken care of so we could totally relax. Since we went during the COVID pandemic, Gary was also super informative as to what we should expect. It made the anxieties of traveling during this time super easy. We knew exactly what we needed and when we needed it and the Club MoBay suggestion on the way out was great.  Megan B., Mt Joy PA

Good advise and service as always... have had Sue Cashman handle our travel plans for 20+ years and she always goes the extra mile to make sure we have a care free experience!  James H., Hooksett NH

Just back from Secrets Wild Orchid.  Preferred swim up room was very nice, excellent location close to restaurants, entertainment stage and shops.  Swim up pool was nice but not very private as adjacent to a normal pool.  But Was no problem since resort was empty.  Staff was friendly.  AMSTAR transports was good with bus on return stopping at 1 additional stop for pickups.  Timeshare sales pitch at the resort offered but something similar regarding discounts if we book direct with them or their own travel agency.  Approached before even getting to our room.  We didn’t hear more than 3 minutes before I shut her down.   She wanted to discuss over a meal and offered additional spa discounts for free massages.  She tried again later in the trip while showing us to the spa. A long walk to spa next door but very good couples massage.  Entertainment was great with multiple live bands. Restaurants food quality was very good.  Buffet breakfast/lunch was better than most I have experienced.  Preferred Beach was very nice with a few jellyfish. Other beach had many sharp rocks to navigate.  The Preferred pool and chairs were quiet and nice. The main pool was a bit loud.  The excursions desk was very helpful finding us a great catamaran/snorkel tour on short notice.  It was a great trip!  Dave B, Mechanicsburg PA

Wonderful, and extremely prompt with answering any and all of our questions! This was our first real trip just the two of us and we really didn't have our heart set on any specific location -- just that we wanted to relax, have an amazing clear blue water beach, and romance! So we ended up deciding on Sandals Grannde Antigua, and we can't wait to go back!  Thank you for helping us make the planning process less stressful!  Bryanna G., Lancaster PA

As always, Gary promptly adresses my concerns and offers food advice.  Barbara N., Jupiter FL

My experience as always is exceptional.  Especially this trip.  My flight was 2 hours late but Pan World Travel corrected everthing so that my friend and I arrived 20 minutes apart.  Jane P., Savannah GA

Sue and Gary run a very good operation.  We would not use anyone else!  Tim T., Mechanicsburg PA (Mrch 2020)

We have planned several cruises with Sue and Gary.  They are both wonderful to work with.  Both are very knowledgeable.  Jeff S., Longs SC (March 2020)

My family wouldn't have anyone else arrange our travel plans. We've been dealing with Sue and Gary for decades and 4 generations now, and they've become good friends. Pan World Travel is planning a fall Mediterranean cruise for 14 of us and we rely on their expertise to make it a memorable experience as they have in the past. Have recommended their service to countless satisfied customers.  Deb B.,, York PA (March 2020)

We enjoyed each day of our near perfect vacation at The Sands on Grace Bay in Turks and Caicos.  Gary, of Pan World Travel, planned this getaway for us according to our wishes.  The Sands is a condominium complex with hotel amenities and we enjoyed the facilities and the friendliness of the folks who took care of us.  Hemingways, the restaurant on site, served us delicious margaritas on the beach daily and lovely lunches.  The Sands is located to have easy walking access to some excellent restaurants and a little town with boutiques and pubs.  The highlight was a lovely reef within a half hour beach walking distance filled with coral, tropical fish and sea turtles.   Madeline O, NY

Gary made all the arrangements and took care of everything including the parking! Also, it was a last minute trip and Gary provided a few resorts that were available. We chose the Iberostar Grand based on his recommendation and we were not disappointed! Planning on going again ahead of time. I believe we found our annual vacation spot.  Ed H., York PA

Sue. Thank you for suggesting and helping us plan our Panama Canal & Costa Rica cruise trip with Wind Star Cruises. We appreciated your help with setting up the airline travel and arranging the packages we wanted with Wind Star.  We appreciated your timely attention in planning, and prompt email responses when we had questions. It was a wonderful trip!  Diane F., York PA

Gary is great! This is the third trip we have booked with Pan World and we are getting ready to contact him again for our next trip.  Derrick M., Mountville PA

Gary was THE BEST travel agent we could have asked for. He answered all of our questions thoroughly, and made the planning as painless as possible. We will use him and Pan World Travel for all of our future travel needs.  Alanna N., Lewisburg PA

Sue is THE best in my eyes! Being that I am so busy, we were always ok with texting & emailing payments. Very professional and easy to work with!  Janina S., York PA

We use Pan World every time we do a big trip. have used them, for over 10 years. Works very hard to get us where we want to be, when we want to be there and in our price point. Sue and Gary are the best.  Michelle C., York PA

Hi Sue.  John and I want to let you know how much we appreciate your efforts to make our trip to Tikal and Akumal an adventure to remember.  We know it wasn't easy to put together all those flights and transfers but you did a superb job and everything went smoothly.  The Tikal Jungle Lodge was such a cool place and the Sunscape resort in Akumal was beautiful and luxurious.  I can't imagine anything else that could have been done to make our trip terrific.Thanks again. John and Dolores R., Red Lion PA

Good morning, Sue!   Once again we were over the moon with out trip to Canada!  We were enchanted by the Canadian Rocky Mountains...truly majestic!  The natural beauty was beyond belief.  The color of the lakes were so blue they almost looked fake.  While I’ve heard this from other people I didn’t believe it until I saw it myself.   The trip offered a wonderful variety of activities from rafting to whale watching to a world class spa( a welcome relief after some of our hikes!)    Your guidance in planning the trip was again spot on. We are totally committed to Pan World.  Not once in the many years we have been working with you have I been disappointed! Can’t say that very often these days!  Now off to look for our next trip! I’ll be in touch.  Mary and Frank P., York PA

Hi Sue!  I just got done posting my reviews for you on Facebook and Yelp!  We had an amazing time!  I almost liked it better this time I got a free upgrade to my room to an ocean front suite!  Food great and my daughter loved it!  Only negative was we were on the shuttle back to airport for over an hour was cutting it close for out flight but it was delayed.  We stopped at 6-7 other resorts to pick people up.  Other than that we may try to go again next summer with my mom and sister!  I’ll stay in touch.  You for sure have my business moving forward!  Thanks so much!  Pam K., Mechanicsburg PA (August 2019)

Hi Sue,  we are back from the wedding which was held at the Dreams resort in Playa Mujeres. First of all we want to thank you for setting up our travel reservations. Our itinerary was perfect. Everything from the moment we got on the plane in Baltimore until we stepped off the plane when we returned to Baltimore was excellent. Next the wedding was beautiful, weather, although very hot, was great, food was fabulous at the wedding as well as each person who made the day perfect.  Lastly the resort was amazing, the people were so wonderful and kind and the food was very good. They resort is quite huge so it never seemed overly crowded.  We totally enjoyed our stay and may actually return another time.  Thanks for all your help.  Lisa and Ken S.

Sue.  We are home safe and sound.  Our trip was fabulous!  I wanted to go to Italy my entire life and finally hit this bucket list item and I loved it.  We all did!  I so appreciated your explicit itinerary.  Everything worked perfectly. We didn't have to spend time worrying about tickets or other time wasters when on vacation.  The hotels were all excellent. (Only confusion was in Venice when I was arguing with the guy about the location of the pick up). Having the train tickets were perfect. Ran like clockwork. The flights were great. Very smooth and you know I don't like to fly.  The first class worked great for my bad back.  The kids thought they were in heaven. The said they don't want to "turn right" anymore when they enter an aircraft ;).  The tours were great.  Wouldn't wanted to have booked anymore but what we did was perfect. We all like to learn and so they were great.  We loved them.  The entire experience was planned perfectly and I'm a planner so it was just like I like. Actually I think everyone appreciated the efficiency so thank you again and again.  You were on point with all your recommendations.  Oh I forgot to mention that we visited with my cousins in Verona and they had a 4 course dinner ready and waiting.  They are awesome! We hired a driver and it worked out well so thanks for that recommendation as well.  Until the next time....  E. L., York PA

My husband and I just returned from an incredible month long trip that was arranged by Gary Goldstein at Pan World Travel.  Every part of the trip was well planned and everything ran flawlessly.  This was a very involved trip covering 4 countries, a safari, a cruise, numerous flights and accommodations and other family members joining us for the last part.  While planning, our itinerary changed often as well as our departure date and the order of visiting the countries.  Gary prepared so many drafts and accepted all our indecision without any judgement.  He was always cheerful and helpful and by the time we left we felt we had a new friend.  We look forward to planning our next trip with Gary.  Be well and we'll be in touch soon.  Bob and Elieen V., NY

Dear Sue.  Thank you again for arranging our trip to Disney. And yet again you have given our family once in a lifetime memories! From cruises, to European tours to Disney they have all been “ spot on”!  Mary P., York PA

Hi Sue.  Our vacation was over the TOP!  I can’t even find the words to begin to say thank you for developing our vacation into a superb time together.  Pan World Travel has excellent travel agents. Your staff is certainly experience in planning great trips. You took my dream vacation for seventeen people (all ages) and developed it into a wonderful vacation for us. It was just what I wanted for my 70th Birthday celebration. All the kids, grandkids, and my siblings couldn’t thank me enough for planning this trip. The thanks should go to you. You made it go so smooth and you arranged great experiences for all. Your knowledge of the resorts was a tremendous help in picking the right place for us. Beaches at Ocho Rios was perfect.  Every staff member was helpful, happy and willing to go above and beyond to assist us.  My birthday beach party, beach picnic and our special dinner on the beach were additional highlights of our stay, and with no additional cost. That was a plus. You had recommended these things from your vast knowledge of what is offered by the resort. I was concerned about bringing two 2 year olds, a 4 year old, a 9 year old and a 12 year old to Ochos Rios.  I wondered what would they all do? There were so much to do for each age group, even the adults were busy.  No worry on my part was necessary. We all enjoyed the Sesame Characters. The daily shows were a hit with everyone.  Baking cookies with Cookie Monster, the beach and water sports were all great. What a special place.  I send a heartfelt thank you to you and your staff for making this vacation so special.  Thank you.  Sylvia A.,  Ballston NY

Joe & I were extremely pleased with the service you provided us for our trip to Aruba in February. All the work you did for us on the front end made our trip perfect. The flight & pre-flight arrangements, the transfer, the resort selection and the accommodations were all excellent. I would recommend Pan World highly. Thanks, Sue.  Linda & Joe L., Manasquan, NJ

We have used Pan World Travel for many years now. We can't imagine booking our trips with anyone else. They are full of knowledge and they have visited a lot of the places so it's knowledge from real life experiences. They have never guided us wrong. They go above and beyond to ensure that from the start of booking your trip until you come home is satisfactory. We have recommended Pan World Travel to many friends who have also been equally satisfied.  Ashleigh D., Aston PA

On the recommendation of Pan World Travel’s Gary Goldstein, we took our family to Costa Rica, all 18 of us, spanning ages 8 months to 79 years.  We rented Villa Estrella in Ocotal, Guanacaste.  This beautiful home overlooked an infinity  pool with the Pacific Ocean as a backdrop.  The view defies description and was ever changing depending on the time of day.  The house is comfortable with 8 bedrooms with private baths, a excellent music system throughout; which was the entertainment for our dance party💃.  The staff of eight could not have been more accommodating and catered to our every need.  Special meals were prepared for a vegan among us and young children who wanted “kids food”.  The remainder of us were treated to unique, delicious and beautifully presented cuisine. The villa’s driver was quite available and happily took us where we wished to go.  The property was patrolled at night making us all feel safe throughout our time there.  The entire family agreed that we would want for nothing more than and to spend more time at this lovely villa.  Madeline and Jack O., NY

Hi Sue!  Thank you for reaching out. We had the best time in the Bahamas and wish we would go back every year! Sandals Emerald Bay was zmazing. The food and drinks were perfect and the butlers treated us very well. I only hope we tipped them enough! We were unsure of protocol so we settled on $50/day.  We booked the full-day pig excursion with 4c’s and they provided a very nice excursion. We even got “upgraded” to a flight to and from Emerald Bay to the northern island bc their boat was having a mechanical failure. This was a bit nerve racking but ended up being an amazing adventure. Let us know if you have any specific questions! Thanks again for all of your help and recommendations. We look forward to booking something else with you in the future!  The Davis's,  York PA

Mary Williams has been our friendly travel representative since 1984.  She has planned, at least, 13 trips for us.  She has handled all the details very efficiency and forwarded all information to us in a timely manner.  Once we selected our destination, she took over, and we had no concerns.  That’s what you want when you're planning a trip….NO WORRIES, CONCERNS, OR FRUSTRATIONS.  If we had any questions, she knew the answers.  We now live in CO and would never think of using another agent.  Mary will always be our TRAVEL AGENT, and we definitely would recommend her to anybody!   Sonia and Mike R., Colorado Springs CO

We wanted to thank you for the great service we received on our recent trip to Punta Cana.  Our family asked for many options and pricing on several different occasions and we were impressed with how quickly you responded each time. Once we had made our decision and booked, a very helpful packet arrived in the mail with the complete itinerary as well as helpful information about the food, culture, etc. of where were going.   I loved the packet!  It kept everything in a neat envelope that I was able to reference throughout the entire trip.  While we were on vacation and I had a question, the response was equally fast.   Our trip was flawless.    The resort, staff, and flights were all perfect.  Thanks so much for a great vacation!  Steve and Michelle L., York PA

To say our 21 day trip through Alaska was amazing, is an understatement. While my wife was excited  to be under Holland America's wing, I was not. I expected being one among via cattle call side trips and mediator food service.  All was more perfect than would could ever imagine. Our group was 35 people and we never seemed crowded or rushed. Our hotels were just fine. Not the Ritz but we never stay in them other than to sleep and change clothes. The hotels were centrally located in a way that make 'goofing around' fun and easy. The side trips and activities were well planned and wonderfully done. Our shipboard room was exactly as advertised. The folks who maintain rooms did an awesome job. Room was always perfectly clean. All in all, we would use Holland America again, absolutely perfect experience.  Kindest regards.  Dan and Adrienne J., Calabash NC

My sister-in-law and I  recently returned from a 12 day vacation which included a 8 day Western Mediterranean cruise aboard the Viking Star.  Gary's help was invaluable throughout the planning process.  We wanted extra days pre and post cruise and Gary expertly handled all the arrangements.  His suggestion for our Barcelona accommodations was spot on.  For; the cruise,  we wanted a small boat that was informal and that is exactly what we got. We loved it! The ship is understated with  Scandinavia chic decor and the service was top notch.   Our travel arrangements were also flawless; direct flights from PHL were definitely a bonus. Gary Goldstein at Pan World is an excellent travel adviser.  He understands our preferences and makes appropriate recommendations .  Thank you for booking numerous vacations for us, including recommending destinations and suggesting changes in schedule to take advantage of a pricing discount. Janet S., Dover PA

Pan World knows what we like in a resort and the Grand Bahia Jamaica was the perfect place! The staff at Pan World and service is excellent!!  Michelle S., Dover PA

As usual, the arrangements you made for this vacation went off without a hitch.  We departed from Baltimore and parked at the "Fast Park and Relax" facility you suggested on Nursery Road.  We make reservations there now to assure they have room for us.  Our flight via Delta airlines was on time as well as our connection in Atlanta.  Upon arrival in Cozumel, there appeared to be an increased number of customs officers lining the pathway to immigration.  Beyond immigration, we had no problem locating the Apple representative who directed us to the van destined for Secrets.  Secrets is a gated resort and the guard verifies that your name is on his list of guests due to arrive.  At the reservation area, you are greeted with a warm towel and a fresh drink.  The resort is well maintained and the rooms are well appointed, some with a swim up option and a couple with swim up bars.  The food was excellent with your choice of Sushi, American or Mexican.  Since my wife and I scuba dive, we made arrangements with Dive Palancar located on the beach at the resort.  Dive sites are a short boat ride and the boats were never crowded  It's amazing how quickly a week can pass.  Our return flights went off as scheduled with adequate time to clear customs in Atlanta. Our thanks to Pan World for another enjoyable trip.  Bill and Paula M., York PA

Hi Sue!  Barbados was wonderful and we had a relaxing week in the sunshine.  Unfortunately, we could not get into the ocean because the seaweed was out of control but the pools were great.  It is a smaller resort and it is directly attached to it's sister resort which makes it very easy to get anywhere on the property quickly.  The food was good and the restaurants were clean and the staff was fantastic.  It is a safe town and we loved being out at Oistins. We met friends from our Grenada trip there and went back to their place in town for a few drinks before heading back to the resort.  There is a plethora of things to do in Barbados. People raved about the diving, snorkeling and the catamaran cruise as well. We wish we would've done more. Next time, we'll have to do a 10 day!!!!  The staff is helpful and courteous. It was not our best butler experience but we've had only one other from Grenada that was spectacular that I think spoiled us forevermore. The friends we met also had a rocky start with their butlers. Ours were kind and Dominique was incredible but they were just absent the first few days. We don't have them run and do anything for us like some couples. We mainly like to have them get our reservations taken care of. In the end, two came to see us off and made sure that David got a front row seat on the bus back to the airport.  Cindy and David B., York PA

Hi!  Tax Season is now over so I can catch up.  Our trip to Punta Cana was awesome.  The island has improved quite a bit in 10 years.  Although I  still would not be on my list to ever do again.  The Beach, water and resort were beautiful.  The food is good.  The Colonial Majestic was VERY nice and the swim up room was AWESOME on the Club side.  The Hibachi restaurant was also AWESOME and we went twice, some 3 times.  Great show by Chef and DELICIOUS (go figure).  Your service to us - as always was the BEST !  Answered ALL my numerous questions up front, added people in after the fact  and when return flights were canceled we didn't have to panic like the others. You got us switched and we got home same day as planned -  Most others did not.  Thank YOU.  Jan and Peter D., Wynantskill NY

I wanted to write to let you know how much we LOVED our trip to Sorrento Italy. I was a little apprehensive, having heard a lot about Positano and the Amalfi coast and nothing much about Sorrento. We loved Sorrento. The location and proximity to Mount Vesuvius and Pompeii, Amalfi and Capri provided us, as I’m sure you knew, with the opportunity to really enjoy that area of Italy. Our transfers, the hotel and staff, and our driver for our tour, Excellent.  Thank you for your time in talking to us about what we wanted to do and see and your suggestions. We will most definitely be back in touch as we plan our next trip. John and Carol P., Mechanicsburg PA

Hi Sue, Gary and the Pan World team! Thank you so much for suggesting and planning our trip to Excellence Playa Mujeres, Cancun, Mexico for March! You had arranged for us to stay overnight the day before our early flight and to leave our car at the hotel. Thank heavens as we left just before a Noreaster hit and closed the airport. Our flights the next day went very well and the instructions you provided for meeting with our contact at the airport went very smoothly. The resort, Excellence Playa Mujeres, was in a word ‘excellent’. The room was very spacious and luxurious (see pictures below). It was great having the concierge in our building although it was mainly to greet us. The food at several of the restaurants was outstanding and all the others were really good (back to the diet next week).  The beach was great and there were lots of bamboo umbrellas for shade. One of the most outstanding aspect of the resort was the entire staff. Everyone was extremely friendly and went out of there was to assist you. We hated to leave but will return. We can’t thank you enough for your constant monitoring of the weather (all evening into  early am) when we returned, as another Noreaster was in process. Thank you for the wonderful weather in Cancun!  Gracia! Gracias! again for your recommendation for a vacation location and for the wonderful travel arrangements that you made!!!  Karen B., Middletown PA

My husband and I just returned from a yachting experience aboard the Seadream 2, a beautiful boat.  This is the fourth trip we planned with the help of Gary at Pan World Travel and, as usual, it was flawless.  Gary seems to completely understand our travel likes and dislikes and plans our trips accordingly.  Not being fans of large boat cruising, this dream boat, that visited Caribbean islands not often visited by other boats, was found for us and it couldn’t have been more perfect.  There were 89 passengers (the boat holds 112) and 95 in crew.  Everything you wanted was anticipated by the crew and thus granted.  My favorite pampering story was that, if you were reading on deck in the afternoon, someone came and cleaned your eyeglasses.  Yet, the boat and dress code was casual enough to make you feel totally comfortable.  We do like adventure on our trips, which Gary knows, and this boat offered hikes, caving, atv-ing, horseback riding, ziplining or merely relaxing at the pool.  The food was wonderful French cuisine and we took home a few extra pounds.  We are ready to travel again with the help of Pan World when we have restored our travel budget funds.  Madeline and Jack O., NY

This was our second trip to Hawaii and we booked both trips through Pan World Travel.  Pan World Travel in York, PA never lets us down.  They plan every little detail that you ask for.  My daughter planned a cruise through Pan World Travel many years back and recommended that we use Pan World to book our vacations.  We love the Ka'anapali Beach Hotel in Maui, Hawaii (KBH) and highly recommend it to everyone.  The hotel is so authentic and gives you the full Hawaiian experience.  Even though the hotel is one of the older hotels, it is very clean.  The staff at the hotel was very friendly and helpful.  Ted and I stayed here 12 years ago and the price was still very reasonable.  We walked to a few other hotels close by and they were very pretty and new, however they did not have that true Hawaiian feeling.  One thing we really liked about the grounds was the flexibility of moving your lounge chair anywhere you wanted to be.  We love being right by the beautiful Pacific ocean too.  The town of Lahaina is very close and has a ton of shopping and restaurants.  Bubba Gumps, and Cheeseburger in Paradise are two of our favorites.  On this trip, we took our good friends with us.  They were a little hesitant about staying in an older hotel, but they loved it.  They told me if they ever go back they will stay here again.  Thank you once again for your help in planning our Hawaiian vacation.  Ted and Lyn T., York PA

Negril was absolutely beautiful, as always!  We had a wonderful time.  The RIU resorts, although I had never been to this exact resort, has not changed much and I was overall satisfied with them.  As expected with a lower level chain, some of the vacationers that were there were less than classy and could not keep themselves from smoking pot in some of the open area restaurants but we just moved the kids to a different area as not to be exposed to it.  (When in Jamaica... lol).  The only major change I noted was that the restaurants no longer required a reservation.  They have changed to first come first served and because it was not peak season, there were only one or two restaurants open per evening (other then the buffet).  Having to wait was only an issue for us one night out of the six so, not so bad.  The buffet was much better than I had remembered in the past with more options and lots more seafood (crab legs, shrimp and fried calamari to name a few).  Staff there was wonderful and the drinks---couldn't ask for anything better!  So overall, a great place to go with kids.  Great beach, clean hotel, food was a 3.5/5, drinks were good and they have a very friendly, accommodating staff.  I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Rocky's for transports.  They were on time and easy to find coming out of the airport.  It was a great perk to have private transfers and not have to be on a bus with 20 others and stop at 10 other resorts along the way. As you know, the trip from the airport to Negril is over an hour and I felt like this was a much more comfortable ride and I'm sure it saved us time.  I would most definitely use them again in the future. Hope all is well with you and I look forward to our next trip in March.  Just to give you a head's up--I have given your name and number to a few people that I work with who are interested in planning trips.  Hopefully we can extend your client base to Chambersburg.  Have a wonderful day and I will be in touch!  Mandy K., Chambersburg PA

As is our custom to promptly respond to all correspondence, we are replying to your letter of a year ago [your letter got buried on our desk and it just came to light when some of the paperwork laying there toppled over].  We really enjoyed our Viking trip visiting Prague, and boating down the Danube.  The Marriott we stayed at in Prague was excellent with great food and service.  Budapest was a fitting end to the Danube portion of the trip since we arrived at night and the whole city was lit up.  The trip planning you all provided, and the Viking trip and transfers all went without a hitch.  Pan World Travel has been our only travel agent because of the friendliness, and the professionalism and throughness.  Glenn and Thana E., Tampa FL

My husband and I were interested in booking a cruise to Alaska, but were very uncertain of cruise lines, itineraries, and other trip details since this was our first cruise.  We worked with Gary at Pan World Travel and he helped us work through the details to plan the trip.  We were so glad to have found him--he was always very prompt in responding to our questions, and  gave very precise answers with comparisons among cruise lines, hotels and info about side trips.  He was extremely knowledgeable! We completed the trip a few weeks ago, and have nothing but good things to say about the trip, the service Pan World provided and the advice we were given--he was spot on with things to do and things we may want to avoid.  We have dealt with other travel agents through the years, but have never gotten the level of service that Gary and Sue at Pan World provide.  We look forward to planning future trips with them, and  highly recommend them to our friends! Nan and Hugh W., PA

My trip to Alaska was more than I ever could have imagined.  Thank you so much to Pan World Travel for their attention to every detail.  From the first email until the day we stepped off the plane, they were very helpful. Their suggestion to use Crystal Cruise line hit the mark.  I don’t think I will ever cruise a different line again.  They scored us room credit on the ship which almost paid all of our shore excursions.  They helped with every detail of the trip.  Our stay at the Sheraton on the front end was incredible.  Beautiful hotel and a great staff.  Questions were answered quickly.  Even the woman at the desk on the ship told us we had a great travel agent.  I can’t wait for my next Crystal adventure with Gary & Sue behind the wheel.  Thanks guys for a trip of a lifetime.  Debb and  Tom B., Millersburg PA

Muy Fantastico!   We all had a  wonderful time. All the people there were so service oriented and friendly. We’ve never experienced that level of service on any of our past vacations. We were all amazed but not confused but tipsy at times.   Drank more wine at dinner than tequila during the day.  The dinners and choice of foods were superb.  Saw Chichen-Itza and swam in a Cenote.  Went diving in Cozumel…..great over there and the experiences with the kids were just a ball.   Dressle divers were top notch and felt really good diving with them.  Weather was good, really hot and humid, (missed that here this Summer with the pool so we had our fill there) Missed  any hurricanes and felt a little of the earthquake.  All in all it was beyond expectations and much fun. We would all definitely go back…..just so many other places to see. (Perhaps in a few years.)  Muchas Gracias. Albert and Janet S.

Emerald Bay in Exuma, Bahamas is amazing. Food was wonderful. Staff was always very pleasant and helpful. Golf course was ridiculous(in a good way.) The scenery and beaches were gorgeous. Would LOVE to go back in the future. Unforgettable honeymoon. Loved every minute. Matt and Catherine M., Yardley PA

We are back from a family trip to the Iberostar Paraiso Maya.  My family consisted of 18 people of varying ages from multiple home towns.  Gary recommended this hotel in the Riviera Maya area south of Cancun.  He was spot on with the hotel as EVERYONE liked the resort and it provided us with a great place to call home for a week. The rooms were very nice, clean and a good size.  The beach, hotel ground and pools were beautiful.  The entire hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating to our every need with some language issues.  It is not easy to please everybody but Gary certainly did.  He handled all of the details perfectly. Jacob and Anne M, Chapel Hill NC

We had a fantastic time at Sandals Negril and we would definitely return to Negril and to this resort.  The property was absolutely beautiful with great views of the ocean anywhere on resort.  We loved how everything was located right along the beach, including all the restaurants with outdoor dining.  Also loved the central location of our building and the room in general was nicely appointed and very clean.  Our view from the balcony was quite obstructed with palms but was still lovely.  Next time I would opt for 3rd floor for better views and more privacy.  The cleaning staff was great although came late in the day everyday.  We did have a lot of issues getting our mini-fridge restocked on a daily basis and we probably would not upgrade to Club level because we never had wine restocked our entire stay.  We tried calling the Club concierge and they never came with what we requested.  We actually went to the Club lounge on one occasion to get a bottle of wine.  The staff was pretty rude and dismissive and told us "it's a process to get a bottle of wine."  We found this ridiculous considering it's an all-inclusive resort and people are there to eat, drink and generally have fun!!  They did bring a bottle to our room about an hour or so later.  For this reason we would choose Luxury level and just bring drinks back to the room.  We never used room service or any other Club services so Luxury level would be our future choice.  The food and service in the restaurants was generally really good.  We really loved the Bisto and ate there everyday for lunch.  We also never had any issues getting a reservation or getting a table at the non-reservation restaurants.  Bar service was great, drinks were great.  It was sometimes difficult to get lounges on the beach but we always managed to and we never had an issue at the pool.  Clean towels were sometimes hard to find and we had to walk to several towel stations a couple of the days we were there. Otherwise the beach and the pools were beautiful and clean.  The other thing I was a bit surprised about was how noisy our building was late at night.  It woke us up twice in the four nights we were there.  It was a combination of loud people but also food and beverage trays being collected in the hallway after midnight.  One night it literally sounded like glasses were breaking right outside the door and I could hear the cart rolling down the hallway.  Collecting that stuff that late at night in a 5-star resort is a bit ridiculous.  But in general we loved Sandals Negril with the stunning views of the water from everywhere and we would return!!  We also walked the beach and noticed the beautiful Azul Sensatori resort and might be interested in looking into that for a future trip. Thanks Susan for everything!!! PS: I thought the ride from the airport to Negril was so much shorter and better than to Ochi Rios. D AND G

Sue.  The resort was beautiful! They upgraded us to a butler suite (minus the butler of course) and the room was absolutely amazing. We didn't mind being across the street because the shuttle came every few minutes, and most days we would just walk. We hung out around the beach club pool almost everyday and met a worker that friends met on their honeymoon. He was saying how they have changed so much over the past year since they were there. They don't do any games anymore other than volleyball once a day. They said they used to do soccer and a bunch of pool games but had to stop due to people getting too intoxicated and needing carried back to their rooms. This was a little disappointing, because there wasn't much to do activity wise. We did not go and look for any activities though and did not do any tours. The two shows we saw were nice, but we missed a few due to storms and dinner reservations. Next time we will know to eat early so we can get to all the shows!  One other thing was the food and service. Food was absolutely delicious at almost every restaurant we ate at. The French restaurant was our favorite and we were sad we couldn't go back a second time! We went there late in the week and it was booked the rest of our trip. The only other downfall besides there being very few games was the slow service at restaurants. The bars were all very quick and drinks were awesome. Everyone's attitudes, personalities, manners, etc. were out of this world, they were just incredibly slow (We did know that's what you usually get in Jamaica though)! Breakfast we did the buffet or French restaurant so that was quick, and we didn't mind a wait at dinner because they always gave bread and we knew they were busy. Lunch though, we were a little disappointed in. It would take 15-20 minutes just to get water and put our order in after we were seated. Then it would take 30-45 minutes to get food even if it was a cold wrap and they had no other tables.  Overall, vacation was absolutely amazing and we are so happy we picked this resort! We would definitely go back to a Sandals resort, but probably a different one. Only because we like to try new places. If we didn't we would have no problem going back to this resort.  Thank you so much for helping us pick out the perfect honeymoon getaway!!!  MORGAN AND MARK M., YORK PA

We would like to thank you for helping us plan an AMAZING honeymoon.  We couldn't have asked for a smoother trip.  Everything went perfect and we had a blast!  We were so relaxed that we didn't want to come home-ha ha.  We will definately contact you again for our next trip and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend you to anyone.  AMY AND BRANDON, B., YORK PA

Hi.  After 40 years of dealing with you, I want to say THANK YOU.  Customer service is so great we let you make reservations and travel on your suggestions!  Remember the Madonna Inn and my trip to Reno to see Neil Diamond (and hit the BIG ONE).   Then Colorado for $109 not $500.  Every expericene is GREAT.  Thank all of you.  Luv SP.    SALLY P., BOCA RATON FL

After Gary, Sue and Mary...Wanted to thank you again for all your great help with our vacation planning.  From our honeymoon ages ago to our Grand Canyon family trip in 2012, a family cruise this 2016 summer and every trip in between, including our 1994 visit to China and Hong Kong you have always given us great advice and helped arrange memorable trips. Since our oldest son is looking for a Springbreak trip we sent him to you and your team. I know you will help him find the best trip his budget allows.  Thanks for the years of help planning our vacations. You are the best!!!! Now that we have a empty nest we will be calling you more often.  Talk to you soon.  ANN AND MIKE E., YORK PA

Dear Sue and Gary…   Aloha. Sorry it has taken so long to write this but it took a while to catch up with life’s details here in PA after our dream vacation to four  of the Hawaiian islands.  As you know, we stayed in Oahu, The Big Island of Hawai’i , Maui and Kaua’i.  While all of our hotels were delightful venues, our favorite resorts  were the Fairmont Orchid in Hawai’i  and the Grand Hyatt in Sunny Poipu, Kaua’i.   The rooms were absolutely fabulous with superior views of the beautiful Pacific and grounds. The service at these two resorts  was superb and beyond the usual good service expected at these type of resorts.  The facilities, beaches, restaurants and adult beverage services were just superior. Janet and I just had such a wonderful time and it was all thanks to your careful planning, recommendations and timing of interisland flights and the sequence we visited the islands so we could maximize our two weeks there not spending hours commuting or waiting in airport terminals. There were so many details you handled and were so knowledgeable about that the average traveler would have never even considered.  It was the trip of a lifetime and was so smooth and problem free thanks to your attention to details for us. Just loved it there for our 35th Anniversary. We cannot say enough about your service during the planning of the trip and the ease with which we travelled. You even helped me get recertified in Scuba before the trip on short notice. (Just loved watching dozens of sea turtles swim at 60 feet down in the Pacific ocean off Kaua’i.). Thanks so much for handling all the details so we could really enjoy and have great memories of this trip of a lifetime. We’ll be back to Pan World Travel for future Vacations. Mahalo.  AL AND JANET S., MIFFLINBURG PA

Dear Gary and Sue.  I want to express our gratitude and happiness for the way you suggested and planned our vacation to Anguilla, an island we had not visited before.  Also to thank you for other vacations not only for us but for our entire family.  We appreciate your conscientious attention to detail and personal follow-up.From the initial suggestions flight reservations, car rentals, restaurants and beaches.  Your personal connections with the owners and management of the Frangipani resort proved invaluable in our welcoming and services provided to us.  We suggest you, Sue, and Mary, the Pan World travel experts to everyone who ask us about your company  and our delightful experiences.      DINO AND EVELYN P., YORK PA

My family, consisting of fourteen people of three generations, recently spent our vacation in Tulum, Mexico. For this vacation we rented a house called Cenote del Mar.  This house came with a complete staff: cooks, house and beach cleaning folks and a security guard.  It is located right on Tankah Bay with a beautiful view of the bay, reef and beach.  This location was recommended by Gary of Pan World Travel, and it couldn't have been more perfect.  The area has many activities for all ages but the house was so glorious that we were also content to swim in the pool, kayak in the bay and feast on the meals and snacks prepared by Rolando, our chef. Working with Gary through this process was seamless as every detail was attended to including flying all of us to Cancun, from various cities, and transporting us to the house.  I have always been a person to arrange all of our trips on my own, and we are a big traveling family, but working with Gary made this a true vacation.  MADELINE O., LONG ISLAND NY

Hi Sue.  I just wanted to send you a quick email to thank you for the booking of our vacation.  It was fabulous!  Excellence Riviera Maya Resortis beautiful and everything went smoothly from check in to check out.  I am so glad that I found your company to book our trip.  We are definitely going back in October 2016!!  I will be contacting you in November to book our next trip to Excellence for 2016!  Again thank you for a job well done!!   Talk to you soon.  MITCHELL AND BARBARA K., YORK PA

Sue.  We had the most wonderful time!  We spent about half of our time having adventures (Coba, Tulum, snorkeling, etc.) and the other half "at home" relaxing (Iberostar Grand Paraiso). The resort was like nothing we have ever experienced. The atmosphere, the food, the staff--everything was dare I say, near perfect. If only massages at the spa were free, haha! The entire week was like a lovely dream. Next time we're ready to take a vacation I think we'll struggle with going somewhere new vs. going to our new favorite place. :)  If you have any questions or want details on anything specific, please let me know. Thank you for everything. We will definitely be in touch when we are ready to travel again.  Sincerely, MANDY AND CHRIS H., YORK PA

Hi Sue! Sorry it took so long to get back to you, it's been pretty hectic. We had an amazing time on our honeymoon at the Valentin Imperial Maya in Mexico.  It  was so much fun and there were no disappointments whatsoever. The food and service were absolutely amazing and Riviera Maya is absolutely beautiful. Thank you for recommending such a wonderful place for us to go! We would definitely like to go back sometime. Thanks again.  NICOLE G., YORK PA

It has been such a pleasure to work with Gary at Pan World Travel for all our vacation needs. We tell him what we like and don’t like and voila , we get what we ask for. Our latest venture that Gary sent us to was Aruba . My family and I were first timers at this beautiful island and it was also the first time in many years where we did not do an all - inclusive vacation . I was leary at first. This was not an issue. Our hotel had great restaurants and bar areas but we wanted to experience the beautiful area of Palm Beach in Aruba. With Gary’s suggestions of places to eat , we had no worries . We were able to accommodate the different needs for  my husband and teens.   The hotel was clean and classy . The view of the sunset ever night was gorgeous and peaceful . Do not believe any negative reviews on line. Listen to your travel guy like we did and there should be no worries.  All in all , another great choice . Thank you again Gary!!!. I am contacting  Gary at Pan World for my twins birthday getaway in a few months  as we speak . Can’t wait to  see what he has in store for us !!!  TOM AND KATHY R., YORK PA

Pan World Travel has assisted our family with 12 years of excellent vacations, flights, and hotel reservations.  They really make it so easy.  We appreciate the detailed first-hand travel advice... Gary and Sue have been everywhere and help us make the most of our vacation time!   We recommend Pan World to all of our friends and highly recommend them if you are looking for effortless travel.   DAVID AND DORIS B., CAMP HILL PA

Just a few words to express our gratitude to Gary and Sue Goldstein at Pan World Travel for their invaluable expertise and help in a most exquisite vacation. After discussing what we were looking for, Pan World Travel booked Couples Swept Away in Negril, Jamaica (July '15). Their suggestion was spot on! The hotel was clean and the staff was thoughtful and accommodating. The beach was perfect with a westward view that allowed us to watch the sun set every night. Gary and Sue's guidance made everything hassle-free. Both Couples Swept Away and Pan World Travel receive my highest recommendation!  KAREN AND JEFF S., YORK PA

Hi Sue.  The trip was great!  I can’t say a bad thing about it.   We had great weather very HOT!  The resort was beautiful.   The staff was amazing.  The rooms were perfect. We loved that there were different pools to choose from.  We loved the lazy river, the wave pool and especially the pool with the swim up bar.  The kids loved the little ice cream parlor upstairs from the pool.  The beach had tons of seaweed so that was a bit disappointing but we did find a spot about 100 yards down that was blocked by a reef barrier and we were able to swim there and feed the fish.   The shows at night were cute.  The food was very good.  The drinks were as expected were a bit weak and watered down.   We found it very easy to get around and catch a golf cart ride when we needed.  The crepes and taco place in the little town were awesome.   I would recommend Iberostar to all families looking in that price range.  Thanks so much for your  CATHY R., NEW YORK

We enjoyed our May trip to Jamaica. We loved swimming in the clear aqua water. It was the clearest ocean water with no seaweed and fine white sand. The accommodations were nice, well kept, and clean. The people were very friendly and the atmosphere was definitely laid back. The restaurants and buffet were very good and the evening entertainment was enjoyable. The snorkeling excursion was amazing. We would have liked more places to walk and explore and no mosquitos, but overall the trip was great.  It was great to have all trip arrangements made in advance by Sue Cashman at Pan World Travel. As usual, resort choice was good and everything went smoothly. We definitely will contact her for any future trips and recommend her to others. LAURIE AND KATHY

Hi Gary.  I would like to thank you and PanWorld for your top-notch service to ensure our vacation was stress free.  It is much appreciated you were there at our request to answer questions, aid in reserving the hotel room based on our needs, as well as take care of the airline reservations.  This trip was very eventful; we are wanting to see what you can help us arrange for a honeymoon in May 2016!  Thanks again,  MARCY K. AND CLIFF T., YORK PA

Hey Gary.  I am so sorry I never called you back..  I had a ton of msgs. after Mexico and never got to it... First of all, thank you for the welcome to Mexico candle!!  So sweet of you!  The trip was GREAT!!! We had a building right in the middle which was nice!! We did have quite the wait to get into our rooms, not till the normal check it time at 3, and that was only after a bunch of us had complained.. But after that everything was fine! The Hibachi restaurant was great!  The Steak house was decent.. Totally missed the beach party cause George and I slept right thru dinner that night, woke around 11 and got room service.  That was not real great.. not much to pick from either.. But they all said the beach party was great!  UGH! We had 9 am segways and then George and I did the snorkel trip off the beach on a boat, which I recommend, very cool.. but we were beat and our nap ended up being a snooze fest!! HAHA!! George never did golf, the other guys kinda bailed on him and he was gonna go by himself and then decided he just wanted to chill.. but he did see the course on the segway tour and said it looked VERY nice!! We also did a 4 wheeler, sea turtle swim and cenote swim tour, which was awesome!!  Like I already said, it was a great trip, I can't wait to go again!!  Thanks again!!  JENNIFER AND GEORGE R., YORK PA

Yes, today is my first day back from vacation and we are all settled back in at home.  The vacation was AMAZING!!  Tranquility Bay is a wonderful getaway.  They go all out for you and accommodate any requests that you may have.  While this was a much different vacation then an all-inclusive resort it was PERFECT in so many other ways.  Accommodations were great – clean & very spacious.  Beach was beautiful.  Staff was very friendly and accommodating to our every need.  (they climbed the property coconut trees to get us coconuts to make us drinks and for us to eat, offered to boat in a lady to give massages on the beach, offered us rides into town if we wanted to check out San Pedro).  Ocean frontage on resort was clean – you can walk long distances on either side.  Down side was a lot of trash washes up on shore, the residences nor government cleans that up it seems.  Resort was clean though.  Food was ok, not of the highest quality but we found items that kept us fed the entire trip.  I HIGHLY recommend this place to people with the understanding that they need to make their own fun, which we did.   You are forced by the beauty to relax and let all the stress go.   This was one of my favorite vacations and appreciate your recommendations and help.  JACKIE L., JOHNSON VT

My husband and I were planning our destination wedding at Dreams Palm Beach Punta Cana and really did not have a clue what we were doing. My cousin had a destination wedding and asked me why I wasn't using a travel agent. I had no idea what travel agents did until my cousin gave me Pan World Travel contact information. She had used them for her wedding and said they were awesome. She was right! I was so happy I called Sue from Pan World travel. Sue and her husband Gary were very informative and I felt comfortable working with them right away! It was so nice having Pan World coordinate and answer all my family and friends questions. We even hit a snag with our resort beginning to sell out over six month in advance. Sue watched the rooms constantly to make sure our guests could get a room. All the travel arrangements are very well organized and traveling to Dominican, I was so glad shuttle was included. I have quite a busy work life so having someone coordinate all the travel and being able to answer 45 of your closest family and friends questions was the perfect way to go. They were very timely also and would let you know if they were on travel. They worked very hard to coordinate with the hotel to make sure our guests travel arrangements went smoothly. We got married in April and everything couldn't have gone more perfect! If you are planning a destination wedding, I 100% recommend Pan World Travel. I already recommended them to a few of my friends planning weddings and a few of my family members said their next vacation they are planning through Sue!  Thanks guys!   APRIL AND MATT D., ARLINGTON VA

Too much snow- we just wanted to get away. I called our travel agent Pan World Travel and they arranged for this exciting and relaxing get away. Sandals Whitehouse European Village and Spa was wonderful. You could get into any restaurant when you wanted (maybe a short wait to enjoy a glass of wine) which meant we did not have to put structure to our day. The beach was clean and plenty of beach chairs. The beach staff was very helpful and even got me to try paddle boarding. The rooms were very comfortable and the entire staff always helpful. Thanks to Pan World Travel we were able to enjoy a short time of the winter of 2015.  Thanks again for a wonderful vacation.  KAREN AND METRO B., MIDDLETOWN PA

Hi Sue.   I just wanted to tell you how much we enjoyed our recent trip to Antigua.  Our accommodations were absolutely  perfect and we had a beautiful view of the property and ocean.  I think the grounds at the Sandals Grande Antigua are about the most lush and tropical that I have seen.   The property at night was lit up by fire pits and torches.....so romantic and so gorgeous!  Thanks for all of your help and guidance in making this a trip to remember.  We will definitely be back in touch for our next excursion.      KAY AND DENNY S., YORK PA

Gary at Pan World Travel is very knowledgeable and our vacation would not have been as smooth without his recommendations. Our favorite excursion was the Floyd's Pelican bar which we would have not known to try without him. We were extremely impressed with his choice of resort for us. We visited Sandals Whitehouse and the resort is absolutely beautiful. The food is delicious and at times we felt like the only ones on the resort. We liked that every room was oceanfront and that we had our own private beach. We definitely plan to go back again and will use Pan World Travel again for future travel plans.  ASHLEIGH D., ASTON PA

Thank you so much for getting our honeymoon together.  We truly had an amazing time-we are so glad we picked La Toc!  And so glad Jeannette recommended you, you are a pleasure to work with.  We will definately contact you for any future trips and obviously rave about you to people-you deserve it.  Hope to talk to you soon...  ABBY AND STEVE M, LITITZ PA

Dear Mary.  There is no way to relate to you the magnificent time that we had on the trip that you planned for us from August 29 (including the stay over at BWI for our car parking) through September 10. We arrived home at 3:00 AM September 11, 2014, exhausted but very gratified. It was truly a trip of a lifetime. We flew into Anchorage, Alaska with 50 degree and beautiful weather. Saw the largest city in Alaska and got a good nights sleep for the long train ride to Denali. I know that a travel agent has nothing to do with scheduling the weather but, I just want to say that during our very educational train ride with the glass canopy and large glass side windows we never lost sight of the gorgeous Alaskan Mountain Range and the awesome Mt. McKinley in all of it’s fullness with the sun gleaming down on it and not a cloud in the sky. Every one of our chosen side excursion trips plus one or two that we signed up for as we went along turned out to be just the perfect adventure. You were correct in guiding us to the next to last trip of the summer to see animals.  We saw Mt. Goats, Mt. Sheep, Caribou, Eagles, Grizzly Bear and Moose. Of all the Moose that we saw the most memorable was close to the road when we saw one huge bull Moose by himself and just about 50 yards away there were two more huge Bull Moose sparring with their antlers getting in practice for the rut that would probably take place in the next couple of days. Lot’s of Beaver too. Every experience was a memorable one from the normal tour experience with the exquisite lodging arrangements and food to the Covered Wagon excursion, to the gold panning experience, to the rear paddle wheel river boat excursion, the bush pilot and small airplane over the Arctic Circle where we landed and spent time touring the First Nation fishing village with a First Nation guide.  Outside of Fairbanks the Northern Lights Aurora were exceptional (I will send you pictures separately). We also met two time winner of the Iditarod Bill Cotter and his dog team including his newest puppies and took a dog sled ride (on wheels – no snow), we met and ate with two time winner of the Yukon Quest Frank Turner who has 125 sled dogs some of which are in training, both men were extremely educational soft spoken and amiable. We had snow flurries in Denali but it did not lay. Susan Butcher, the four time winner of the Iditarod who died of cancer still has a legacy in her husband and daughter who run the Iditarod, and we visited her place and watched her dogs run the sled. We were impressed with the Yukon area the train ride back and all of the stops and scenery. We could have been taking pictures every minute. Dawson City and the Gold Rush era was very interesting, and while in Ketchikan we took another bush pilot pontoon plane and circled the whole area of thick forest and lakes, saw some more Mt. sheep in the high bluffs above the lakes  left by the glaciers and landed on a lake and took pictures and took off for ‘home’ where the Holland America cruise ship was waiting for us. The cruise through Glacier Bay was a perfectly beautiful day as well, and it was just awesome. I’ve never seen anything like it.  The warmest temperature that we experienced was 50 and the coldest was 27, but thanks to you we were prepared for it. By the way, as you suggested for this time of year, the ‘purchasing power’ for end of season sales was tremendous.  Esther and I will tell as many people as we can about Pan World Travel and how you made excellent suggestions to us and prepared, and took care of arrangements, for a most extraordinary trip of a lifetime. Thank you very much. Well done.  JULIAN AND ESTHER D., YORK PA

We recently returned from a 7 night stay at the Riu Palace Macao, Punta Cana, Dominican Republic.  The Macao has been renovated and we thoroughly enjoyed our adults only all-inclusive vacation.  Our room was spacious and included a private balcony overlooking the pool and the beach.  The walk-in shower was huge and a much needed improvement.  The food at the Macao is nothing special, but we didn't travel to the Dominican for the food.  We went for the beach!  The ocean was lovely; it was that amazing green blue you see on photographs.  The beach has plenty of beautiful palm trees for much needed shade in July.  We enjoyed the entertainment and games during the day and in the evening.  They are geared for an older crowd and there isn't much night life. Pool bar service is excellent and it is certainly fun to drink a coco loco from a coconut.   Our massages on the beach were wonderful and a great way to celebrate our anniversary!  Gary Goldstein at Pan World is an excellent travel advisor.  Thank you for booking numerous vacations for us, including recommending destinations and suggesting changes in schedule to take advantage of a pricing discount.   We always enjoy the "special"  park, sleep, and fly arrangements at BWI.  We appreciate his personal touch and caring, especially when we needed to return home unexpectedly due to a family tragedy on a previous trip.  KEN AND JANET S., YORK PA

I want to THANK YOU for planning a dream come true honeymoon for my wife and I!!!!  Gary aka Pedro was nothing but AMAZING and made EVERYTHING so smooth and highly recommend using this company for any travels!!!  I know my wife and I will be using you again in the future for travels that we would love to go on.  I have NOTHING negative to say about working with Gary!!  He was very professional, easy to talk to, had wonderful feedback and most importantly responded very quickly!!!!  He even called us the day after we returned home to make sure we made it safely and that everything met our standards!!!!  I seriously could go on and on about the service Gary and Pan World Travel provided but I would go one for days!!! IN all I would HIGHLY recommend this company if you want five star customer service and five star satisfaction!!!!  Again thank you so much for helping my wife and I start married life on the right foot!!!  TOMMY AND ABBY S., HARRISBURG PA

Everything went great.  All the hotels were in perfect locations - you are gifted with knowing these locations:)  We enjoyed the guides from Exeter in Russia.  In Helsinki we went on a great bike tour with Happy Tours where we learned about the Saunas:)  Amsterdam was so beautiful with the canals and quaint shutters. Our flights were all on time and very comfortable compared to United when we fly to Australia.  We feel very lucky that our trip was such a pleasure.  Thank you for your help, great communication and tremedous expertise!!!  MICHELLE W., YORK PA

Beaches Turks and Caicos  was a great place and so beautiful! The resort was fabulous just as you described. The food was delicious. We went to a different restaurant each meal!! All were terrific. We ended up not booking any special trips because there was plenty to do right at Beaches so that was good advice.  The kids had a great time as well. Of course they want to go back. We loved everything about the entire vacation. We all loved the swim up bars. They were fun.  Our flights were good and the seats worked out just great !!  We did a lot of snorkeling and went out on those little sail boats (Hobie Cats) almost every day. We are all nice and tan and probably 5 pounds heavier. Thank you for all your help and guidance. You were spot on with everything. It was fabulous!!!  EMILY L., YORK PA

First off, Thank you again!  Casey and I had a wonderful time at the Iberostar Grand in Jamaica and we couldn’t have been happier with the experience.  You did awesome again.  Casey and I will always book our trips from you.  We have now booked over 5 trips with you and you always deliver.  Thank you again and I can’t wait to book another vacation soon.  JON AND CASEY D., MIDDLETOWN PA

When my husband and I knew we wanted to plan a get-away to someplace warm, relaxing, and a quick flight with no stops, I reached out to a previously-used travel agency. After a week of hearing nothing from them, I asked for recommendations from my associates. I knew that one of my co-workers and his family used the services of Pan World Travel multiple times and always had good things to say about the ease of their travel arrangements. Given Susan’s name, I called her with some “musts” and in less than 2 hours she returned my call with several suggestions. We went with her recommendation of the Iberostar Grand Hotel Paraiso in Riviera Maya.  It met all our requests and was an excellent choice for us!! Great food, courteous staff, top shelf drinks, and unmatched accommodations! I will definitely be using them again for any future trips.  MARILYN AND TED B.

Thank you for checking in. My apologies for not getting back to you sooner. Scott and I have been extremely busy since we’ve been back to work.  We had a WONDERFUL timeat Luxury Bahia Principe Don Ambar!!!! I wish we were still there. We loved the resort and the people were wonderful!! It was EXTREMELY hot though. We prayed for rain every day, but sadly it never did rain. The food was great and we were never drank the water. Used bottled water all the time. We ate at a different a la carte every evening except for our first night there.  Staying at the hotel by the airport was great too. Definitely added a day to our vacation and there was NO stress the morning of our flight with having to worry about the drive and traffic, etc.  I have never done an all-inclusive, but you’ve spoiled us with adult only and I don’t see us being able to go any other way now. We didn’t have loud kids splashing us in the pool, jumping in, crying and whining, etc. It was GREAT!!  We appreciate all you have done for us!! We will use you for ALL of our travel needs in the future!!!!!!!!!! We’ve been passing your name out like it’s going out of style. Hopefully you will get some new business!!   TANYA AND SCOTT L., YORK PA

Thank you so much for another wonderful vacation to Beaches Negril.  We really appreciate the park n fly hotel and getting us the best airfare and flight times.  As you know, we travel a lot and I do most of the reservations and event planning myself.  I just want you to know how nice it is when we travel using Pan World and know we have you in our corner.  We are so grateful you contacted the resort before our arrival reminding them of our requests.  We got the room type and location we wanted and since the resort was totally full, I’m sure it wouldn’t have happened without you.  Thank you!  LAURIE W., NEW YORK

Coming home was such a bummer!  We LOVED our tripto Sandals Whitehouse!  Thank you so so so much!  The resort was everything we wanted, the weather was perfect, the water beautiful, the people so sweet......loved it!  We definitely plan on returning again soon!  The only complaint we could possibly have from our trip (if this even counts as one) is that the hot tub was SCALDING.  It was so hot we couldn't put our feet in it.  But seriously, that was our only complaint.  Our room was perfect too by the way.....we were in the first building on the third floor.....the best location we could have wanted.  Again, thank you so much for everything!!  BLAKE AND LISA S., COLUMBIA PA

Just sending our thanks on the recent vacation to Punta Cuna that you booked. Everything went just as planned, we loved our resort Iberostar Bavaro. Thanks for the information package that you sent us prior to our trip. The resort was beautiful, food good, and can't wait to return.  Thanks again.  JOHN AND CINDY P., YORK PA

I am soooooo SORRY I didn't get back to you,  When you called me I was at work and I just get so busy at night that I didn't remember to call you back.  With Christmas and then our Kitchen was torn up due to us remodeling we have been trying to work on that every night,  So anyways.....  Our trip was wonderful.  The weather couldn't have been any better.  Secrets The Vine was awesome, I wish the bars would have been a little bit more happening, they were more chill then party for me,  we went in town a few times, which was nice too.  The food was great!!  You did a wonderful job with putting it all together, we will be in touch again for another trip in the near future.   LINDSEY & ANDY D., MARIETTA PA

My wife and I recently returned from our trip to what must be the best all-inclusive resort, anywhere! We stayed at IBEROSTAR Grand Hotel Paraíso in Mexico. Sue Cashman at Pan World Travel highly recommended this resort  for our vacation. Sue took the time to explain everything about our travel to us, going over each step of our trip. She covered everything that would be helpful to us including money exchange, what to do and don’t do at the airports, side trips that we might like, the procedures for our transfers from the airport to the resort, etc. Because of her help, our travel both to and from Mexico was made so much more comfortable for us. When we arrived, the IBEROSTAR Grand Hotel Paraíso was even more than we expected. The buildings themselves were fabulous. The accommodations were absolutely flawless  and the food was terrific. The Star Friends really help to make each day even more fun and enjoyable. This resort should be (as it was) rated number one! I would not change a thing about it. Thanks to Pan World Travel, Sue Cashman, Iberostar and all of the employees of the Grand Hotel Paraiso for making this the most enjoyable vacation.  Much thanks to Sue and yourself for sharing your experiences with us.  JOHN AND MARIE E., YORK PA

Dear Gary.  Thank you for helping us plan an amazing honeymoon to Africa!  We couldn't be more thrilled with how it all turned out.  We appreciate all your help over the last 5 years with our vacations and look forward to many more trips in the future!  NICOLE AND DAN D., NEW YORK

Pan World Travel and Sue Cashman made our wedding and honeymoon a wonderful experience. Their attention to detail when preparing for the trip to Jamaica and the follow-up when we returned was excellent. I would recommend them to anyone looking have a destination wedding.  Beaches was an excellent spot for our destination wedding and we wouldn't have picked that spot if it weren't for the recommendation of Pan World Travel and Sue Cashman.  I would recommend Pan World Travel for all your travel needs. We live more that three hours from their office, but Sue always took my phone call when I needed something and their ability to sign contracts through email made the entire process seamless!  Hope you guys have a great holiday. We leave for the cruise on Sunday!!!  DAN D., VINELAND NJ

Thank you.  The flights and all worked out fine.  Sunscape was OK. The rooms were not up to Aura's accommodations but better than Scuba Club.  If they had a 20% occupancy rate I'd be surprised.  This resort is huge.  They appear to be doing routine maintenance on the exterior.  New construction appears to be at Aura.  When Secrets took over they transferred some of Suscapes rooms to Aura along with one of the swimming pools which faced the ocean.  That space along the ocean is now being filled in with new Aura rooms.  Aura's occupancy rate was very low also.  The food at Sunscape was average at best.  They've cut every corner they can.  Very little meat and fish and the worst Nachos ever. (How can anyone screw up a Nacho)  But, you can get by.  The best restaurant is the Italian restaurant.  (Pasta doesn't require a lot of meat).  Several of the staff from Aura have moved to Sunscape and are much happier.  They said every move you make at Aura is watched which is what we saw that last time we were there.  Would we stay there again?? Probably would.  The savings over Aura was significant.  Of course, our interest is the diving.  The dive operators area are in a battle.  When we first went to Aura the dive operator was Sandollar.  Last year they were out and replaced with Palancar.  Now Dive House and Palancar are both represented at Sunscape.  We were told that Dive House is there because Fiesta Americana is shut down for renovations and Dive House was there operator and had no place to go.  The Occidental Grand was home base for Palancar and now they are being thrown out for Pro Dive.  There doesn't seem to be enough business for everyone.  You can sign up with whatever operator you like and they will pick you up at Aura's pier.  Thanks for your usual fine service.  We'll be looking at June for the next one.  I understand Sandals has a new one that offers Scuba Diving.   PAULA AND BILL M., YORK PA

Thank you so much Sue, we had the best time.  Luxury Bahia Principe Don Ambar and weather were perfect, you out did yourself!  We were in building 64, right next to the pool, perfect location.  You're the best, I can't wait for the next trip.  Have  a great holiday season.  BOB P., YORK PA

Hi Mary.  I have been dealing with Pan World Travel for the past 20+ years and never had a problem with my bookings or prompt service.  I would highly recommend Pan World for anybody's traveling needs.  GREG C., YORK PA

Gary.  Thank you for the great job that you and Pan World Travel did in helping Carolyn & I to plan a vacation to Cancun, Mexico.  Although this was not our first vacation in Cancun, it was the best.  You and your staff handled everything and left very little for us to do in putting together a "perfect" vacation package.  It is always good to work with Pan World where we can talk with people that have actually been to the destinations you represent.  The  Iberostar, Cancun is a fantastic resort and everything was exactly as represented by Iberostar & Pan World Travel.  Even the weather cooperated. As you know, the long range forecasts looked rather dismal.  In reality, we did not have any rain during scheduled activities. Just a few showers late evening.  We certainly will continue to use your services for any future vacation plans.  Thanks to everyone at Pan World Travel.  BOB & CAROLYN R., YORK PA

Hi Sue.  We had an incredible trip and it was the perfect honeymoon to Sandals Royal Plantation. You really helped us find the right place for what we were looking for.  We can't wait to get some more vacation time and have you help us find the perfect anniversary locale.  RYAN AND KATIE M., CHICAGO IL

St. Kitts Marriott Resort was very nice – the food was AMAZING. There wasn’t much activity going on at the resort itself but we were able to take full advantage of the entire island. It was GREAT that the island was only 64 sq. miles and felt very safe – the resort urged us to take a private taxi tour of the island which was a great way to see all the highlights and delve into the local culture (our taxi driver brought us fresh guava fruit, chopped down sugar cane, showed us her home and brought us to a local hole-in-the-wall restaurant for lunch). We went on excursions daily (though we do NOT recommend fly-boarding because the owner wasn’t easy to work with and the sport wasn’t easy for me).  ATV ride through rainforest – awesome.  Catamaran ride to Nevis with snorkeling – totally awesome.  We saw monkeys, but we went to the “drunk monkey” beach at the wrong time of the day because the local vet students had their dogs at the beach and scared the “drunk” monkeys away.  It was a great trip – THANKS so much Sue!   JULIA M., LEMOYNE

Sorry for the delayed response, but it did take us a whole week to get back into the swing of things at home.  Our vacation at Desire Resort (Riviera Maya) was awesome! We highly recommend the resort to those who want to try something "different". There are all kinds of people there, from young to old, from gorgeous to your average Joe etc.. Overall, the guests are around their 40's or above, which I think makes sense considering the type of resort it is, and there's all kinds of body types.....the model material type is rare actually. Everyone is down to earth, approachable, respectful and just friendly.  The staff is extremely professional, on point, personable and are there to make sure you're having the best vacation possible. The resort is clean and someone is always there to make sure all your needs are met. Overall, the resort is small compared to the others we've been too, but anything bigger like Desire Pearl, would make it lose its intimate feel/atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this resort for your friends. The theme nights are geared towards women, but men are encouraged to "dress up" too. The rooms are definitely much smaller than where we've stayed at before; but they are still very nice. We didn't see a Jacuzzi room, but our friends did and said this is the room they want to stay in next time. We got to go to Desire Pearl for one evening and were able to see a few rooms. The rooms there are much bigger and nicer, but people there seemed to have no fun at all. The Desire Pearl staff was so happy to see our crazy group of 12 show up that evening and bring some liveliness to the resort. The bartender at the Jacuzzi bar emptied his entire bar and told us this had been the most fun he's had a long time.  Probably one of my favorite thing that I got to experience there, was getting a nude massage on the beach. Their masseuse (Jorge in particular) are amazing!! Scott's favorite was the roof top Jacuzzi bar open from 3pm to 3am!! And our least favorite part was the fact that they try to sell you timeshares at the resort; we've kindly decline and they didn't push the issue.  Since we had such a blast, we've already penciled in our next trip for next summer.  NADINE AND SCOTT T., NEW YORK

It is great to know that there are still some Travel Agencies that are all about customer service. Pan World Travel is one of them. You and your staff are always happy and willing to find that special place to travel. Pan World knows exactly what our family likes and has always booked us in great resorts. Our recent trip in June 2013 to the Grand Palladium was 1st class. The resort, beach, food and resort employees were excellent and I would recommend it to anyone! Thanks Pan World!  MICHELLE S., YORK-PA

This was one of the first times I used Pan World Travel and Gary to book a trip for myself that wasn't family related. He was on point about each different resort we were looking at and helped me and my friend make the best choice about which to choose based on what we wanted to do on our vacation. When our original resort overbooked us (which had nothing to do with Pan World Travel), Gary called immediately and had an even better back up plan! I did not feel one ounce of stress through any process of arranging, booking, or traveling to and from the resort. I think this vacation would have been a serious disaster and headache had I not been helped by Gary! The hotel Secrets The Vine was amazing and brand new. Couldn't have asked for a more hospitable staff that made you feel like family!  MICHELLE R., NEW YORK-NY

Nancy and I returned from Couples Swept Away, Negril last night.  We had a wonderful time at the resort.  After a short rainy spell the first two hours upon arriving on Saturday the weather stayed sunny and warm the rest of our stay until our drive back to the airport on Friday when it sprinkled for a bit again.  Once again we really enjoyed the friendliness of the Jamaican people during our stay.  The resort could use some "dressing up" as you mentioned when we booked, but I feel that though the accomodations may have seemed dated, the food was in fact better (not as artistic as Iberostar, Montego Bay, but tastier and with a better use of local ingredients) than I expected.  I had a chance to talk with the executive chef (Greek) and express my professional opinions.   We enjoyed our second floor Ocean Verandah room.  Very quiet, no notable noises from the rooms adjacent or the floor above.  Though the view to the ocean was blocked by the full-growth palms and mature plantings we found that we really enjoyed the native plants and the assorted mango, almond, june plum and sour sop trees that the resort groundkeepers were happy to describe to us.  The seven mile beach did not disappoint.  Though we only managed about 4 out of the 7 miles we walked it daily and never felt uncomforable or intimidated.  We got withing a few feet of a very large stingray while we walked along one morning and Nancy even insisted on trying her hand at para-sailing on this trip - an unexpected desire that I couldn't refuse her!  We would both like to thank you for your professional help as well as your personal comments that proved so invaluable in helping us to choose this latest adventure.  GEORGE AND NANCY M.

We just wanted to let you know that we had a fantastic time in Aruba. Your recommendation for the Manchebo Beach Resort in Aruba was just what we were looking for. I know when we contacted you we were pretty vague- ‘wewould like to vacation in a warm and sunny place’. The Manchebo Beach Resort had all of the amenities (a great beach with many sun shade umbrellas, a comfortable room with a great shower, 2 wonderful restaurants, and a very friendly & helpful staff) plus many extras i.e. small coolers for the beach. The flights and airport transfers to the hotel were good and the Park & Stay hotel arrangements were great for our hassle-free vacation. Thank you so much for your assistance in the planning and arranging of our Aruba vacation.  .s. you did a great job arranging the weather- sunny everyday.  KAREN  B..

My wife and I went to Sandals Royal Caribbean in Jamaica for our honeymoon. We had a spectacular time. Our travel agent Gary, from Pan World Travel was very helpful. He explained the resort, what activities were available, and explained each room to us. (We ended up getting a room with an ocean view) and customized the entire trip to cater to our likes. The knowledge, and attention to detail Gary had about the resort and the Island in general was incredible. He even recommended a butler for us that he used on his multiple trips to the Island.  Everyone was extremely nice and always in a great mood. It was nothing like I have ever experienced. We actually arrived there a day before a hurricane, but it hit on the opposite side of the island. We only experienced some high winds for a day, but Sandals comped us for that day, which was great, and they didn't have to do.  When our trip was coming to end, we found out that the hurricane was now on the East Coast of the US and that our flight might be cancelled. Our travel agent Gary was AWESOME! He coordinated EVERYTHING for us. We did not have to worry or do anything. He took care of all the arrangements. We just relaxed in paradise for an extra day.  MARK F.

My wife and I were extremely pleased with the personal attention and care that Pan World Travel provided for us to to plan our trip to the Caribbean. Sue took the time to talk with us and find out exactly what we wanted for our trip. After an interview she provided us with information on the resorts that she felt matched our requests. Her many travels to the Caribbean helped her to assist us in making a decision. We selected the Iberostar Rose Hall – Grand. An all-inclusive resort in Jamaica. Sue planned every detail of the trip with us. She met with us before our trip and went over all of the arrangements and answered our questions. Our stay overnight at an airport hotel, the flight and transfer to the resort all went very smoothly. The Iberostar Grand was far beyond our expectations! Everything was wonderful. My wife and I agreed that this was truly a dream-come-true vacation! We can’t wait to get started planning our next vacation with Pan World Travel.  JOHN E.

Ambar is definitely a great resort for the money! The staff was fantastic. Thank you, Maurice and Jorge! I loved the room…very clean and spacious. We were also as close as we could be to the pool and the beach in Room 6701 (Bldg 67, 1st floor, corner room). We have our amazing travel agents Sue & Gary at PanWorld Travel to thank for that. Thank you, Sue for the recommendation to stay at Ambar and all your help! The beach was one of my favorites so far of all of the places in the Caribbean that I have traveled! The Ambar has a very large beach and the palapas and chairs are spread out so you don’t feel like you are sitting on top of one another.  The pool was HUGE and very refreshing. I did find that if you didn’t get up early and put your towels on a pool chair to reserve it, then you were out of luck to get “prime” seating. My husband and I usually did the beach in the morning and then went to the pool later in the afternoon. We usually didn’t have any problems getting a lounge chair around the pool at that time.  My favorite restaurant was Don Pablo....very very good! My husband and I had the surf and turf…well, he ordered the filet, and I ordered the lobster. There was a garlic shrimp tempura appetizer at the Mediterranean that I really liked as well. I wasn't overly impressed with the food in general, but like I said, it was great for the money. I believe I am now spoiled in my traveling so I have to remember that....and the food in the Dominican, in general, isn’t as good as some of the other islands. My husband liked the food better than I did, but he also has a greater pallet than I do.  We couldn't get over how huge the resort was! We took a walk down to the main lobbies and then walked through the other resort down to the beach. It made me very very happy that we were in the Ambar!  I also wanted to mention that we were there for our 1st anniversary, and we were greeted immediately upon arriving. When we got to our room “Happy Anniversary” was spelled out on the bed in rose petals. My dad also called ahead of time and ordered a bottle of champagne for us in our room. How lovely!!  This was a great resort to stay if you are heading to the Dominican. I would recommend it!  One more thing…remember to bring your travel mug or big cup or tervis tumbler to keep you drinks warm while you are on the beach or at the pool (and so that you get more than the little plastic cups that they give you.)  ERIN R.

Just a few short words to let you know how much Beth and I enjoyed our trip to the NOW Sapphire resort in the Riviera Maya recently. First, thank you so much for getting us a non stop flight. And the upgrade you got us to business class...awesome! It made the trip so much more comfortable.  The resort was beautiful! The rooms were clean, the food in the restaurants was very good and the general atmosphere was rather enjoyable.  I have always regarded the opinions and suggestions of Pan World Travel very highly and I've never been let down. That's why I always come back for my travel needs, and will continue to do so. Thanks again Gary and Sue!  TIM AND BETH L.

I wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our Walt Disney World trip and what a big help Mary has been.  My grandcchildren had the time of their lives,  Well, my granddaughter did.  My grandson kept his distance from some of the characters.  They are much bigger in life than when he watches them on TV.  But that's because he is only 3 years old. This was our second trip to Disney World that Mary set up for us.  Again, she made everything about this trip so easy.  All I had to do was tell her when we wanted to go, how long we wanted to stay, and my grandson's name and birthdate since he's not traveled with us before,  We feel it is so convenient to stay at a Diseny World Resort and use the Magic Kingdom transportation.  I didn't have to worry about driving and not knowing my way around.  We also really enjoyed staying at Disney's Caribbean Resort.  We stayed there the last time we were at Disney.  I'd like to thank Mary again for being so helpful.  I'll be call Mary again soon.  My husband and i are thinking of going to Cabo San Lucas in Februrary for a week.  We have been there before and really enjoy staying at the all-inclusive hotels.  Take care.  MARTHA R.

Under the guidance of Pan World Travel was easy for a couple who had never traveled to the Caribbean. Gary and Sue provided answers to all of our questions and made the entire experience enjoyable. They recommended resorts to us on experience. My wife and I were astonished on how many places they have traveled! The best part, is that they gave personal stories and shared their experiences, both good, bad, and silly with us. We were then able to go home and discuss the various destinations, give them a call back, and they took care of everything else. The booking experience was easy, and that's all I really remember about that, but what I vividly remember is our trip to Jamaica and how we can't wait to go back! Sandals Whitehouse was the perfect place for a honeymoon and may become a destination for our 1 year anniversary, 2 year, and maybe 3 year. STEVE AND LAURA R.

Pan World Travel booked my honeymoon European cruise. Gary at Pan World Travel could not have done a better job. Everything was set up perfectly. He put together transportation to and from places. Gary was full of knowledge on the different ports, what to do, and anything we needed to know. I would highly recommend Pan World Travel to  anyone. Going with Pan World Travel will decrease your stress level when planning your vacation and there is no charge in using them! Go with Pan World Travel!  BOB C.

Our trip to Aruba was fabulous!  Our reservations were done with great care and quickly, too.  The Bucuti and Tara Suites where we stayed were first rate, so clean and we were treated like family!  Pan World handled all of the reservations and transfers so we didn't have to worry about anything but enjoying our trip!  Thanks again for a wonderful experience!  KATHY S.

My husband and I would like to thank you for your continued great customer service.  Over the years you have planned our cruise vacations, flights, transfers, and gave us suggestions for shore excursions, which have been exceptional.  This cruise vacation began with our plane leaving from Harrisburg, which was a relief we did not have to travel to BWI.  When we arrived in Puerto Rico, we had no difficulty finding our transfer to the Carnival Victory.  We had a wonderful experience on the Victory and would recommend the ship to anyone.  Our return flight was at 5:00 and we throughly enjoyed your suggestion to use the excursion to the Rain Forest.  The ship took our luggage at the pier and dropped it at the airport termminal.  We were them taken to the rainforest by a tour guided bus.  When we arrived at the airport our luggage was there waiting for us.
Thank you for helping us with our successful travel arrangements,
BARB H.

Having just returned from Sandal’s Whitehouse in Jamaica, we wanted to provide a few thoughts about Pan World Travel and the resort while the vacation is still very fresh in our minds. First of all, this is the second vacation Sue and Pan World helped us plan and just like the first one, everything was perfect. Each time Sue asked what we liked what we disliked, what were our expectations and each time she guided us to a destination which exactly matched our desires.  If we selected a place she thought would not meet our requirements, she had no problem letting us know so that we would not be disappointed. She handled every detail including booking flights, pre-flight hotel, the resort and even a special dinner to celebrate our anniversary. We were well informed and advised and there were no unwanted surprises.  Sandals Whitehouse was everything Sue said it would be. The resort was immaculate. The restaurants had great selections with little to no wait time. The beach was very clean and never crowded. The room was well furnished and the bar and refrigerator were re-stocked daily. Need I say more…well, actually, I do. I must mention the people working at Sandals. From moment we arrived to the moment we stepped on the van to leave, our every need was catered to perfectly. No one seemed put-off by any request which was made. Everyone, and I mean everyone from the resort manager to the guys digging a trench for laying pipe, were quick to smile and chat. Always the questions were about how we were enjoying our vacation and Jamaica and if they could be of service.  And when I was having trouble selecting a cigar for my nightly ritual because they sold out that day, the sales person told me she was hoping to have the opportunity to suggest one I would probably like better. She was right! There is just not enough space to list all little things we noticed which were going on to make our vacation special and worth every penny. While I type this it is impossible not to dream of our next trip and will certainly call Pan World for their guidance and help to plan yet another perfect vacation.  BRIAN M.

Pan World Travel (Gary and Sue Goldstein), have taken all the work out of planning a family vacation.  They are true professionals who take pride in satisfying your entire family!  Our most recent trip was to Turks and Caicos (Beaches Resort).  Gary and Sue asked us lots of questions about our kids and what we were looking for in a vacation.  They made several recommendations including, hotel accommodations at the airport, where to stay on the resort, what type of room get and many other suggestions.  The result was amazing!  One of the best vacations of our lives.  The kids loved every detail in their room and the location was ideal for mom and dad.  Gary and Sue continually followed up with us, from booking the vacation, to meeting with us before the trip, contacting us the day of and during the trip.  The people at Pan World Travel really demonstrate a commitment to service excellence.  We will be using Pan World Travel for our future trips.  Gary and Sue have taken the time to get to know our family and we can’t wait to see what they recommend next!  JOHN F.

I enjoyed and appreciated the service I received from Pan World Travel.  Things went very smooth and everything was very appreciated.  I will definitely be contacting PanWorld for further trips .  MELLISA J.

Our trip to Italy was fantastic!  From the time I talked to you until the plane ride home (we didn't want to leave).  The Gate 1 tour group did a great job of organizing the itinerary, and making sure we saw the highlights of Italy, and provided very knowledgable guides at each stop.  Our main guide, Martin, was the best!  He helped us understand the culture, and was so friendly and nice!  We would definately book with Pan World and Gate 1 again.  Thanks for helping us go on the trip of a lifetime. BILL V.

What can we say; you are a shining star in the travel business. The cruise was great; loved the ship. Our accommodations of the very last staterooms at the back end of the ship (side, not actually on back)  worked out great (got a lot of exercise). We felt no more movement than other cruises where we were more towards midship. However the seas were calm and it was sunny everyday; man, you guys are really good!!!  Anyway it was super. PanWorld does a fabulous job with reservations and last minute plans. Everything was complete and accurate. We've never been disappointed  with your guidance, recommendations and service. You've earned our trust which is evident in our return business.  The Soltice has to have the best captain and crew on the high seas! The captain sang and played guitar twice during the evening shows and he is good. He did this without a lot of fanfare and without stealing the thunder from the other performers. He and his Sr. and Jr. officers were very involved in goings on about the ship, judging a crazy dance competition, playing pool volleyball against each other and a group of guests & participating in a Balderdash type word game (which was hilarious).....just to mention a few things. A very approachable and down to earth crew. This is something we have never experienced from the Sr. officers before and won't soon forget. After that Italian catastrophe right before we departed, we felt completely safe and feel the this captain is a class act down to the letter.   PS: We're always thinking about another vacation!  Isn't that what the world is for?  SANDY AND MARK K.

Three generations of myfamily have been using the tarvel services of Gary, Sue and Mary of Pan World Travel since the 80's.  Pan World Travel's personal and friendly service keep bringing us back, which is a true testimony of their expertise in the travel business.  They planned many of our milestone celebrations as well as ceremonies throughout the years.  From my parents retirement trip out West (which they talked about for years), to both mine and my daughter's destinations weddings in Jamaica.  They also planned my daughter's High School graduation trip to England, our trips to Italy, Mexico and the Caribbean.  Pan World Travel has been there to plan every trip we've taken.  The resorts they suggest are nothing but first class all the way.  They get to know your likes and dislikes and arrange the perfect trip around them.  Our friends and other family members are now using their services and are just as pleased as we are.  They arranged a family Caribbean cruise for my brother's, sister-in-law's and my husband and myself.  Upon entering our cabins we each found a bottle of wine from them to help kick off the fun.  This is the special attention you get when using their services.  The are not only our travel advisors, they have become our friends.  They are truly the "Masters of Travel"!
MIKE AND DEBBIE B.

Gary and Sue are fantastic!  They helped is pick our destination and resort for our destination wedding, and it was everything that we wanted.  The are so knowledgable and wonderful to work with!  ERIN AND BRYAN R.

Sue's and my recent weekend fling to Paris and London was super-duper because of Gary's TLC to every detail.  Only an old-fashioned travel agent cherishing the highest quality of customer service can be sure that from arrival to departure, we travelers in foreign lands knew where to go, when to go, and where to turn if in need.  Our time was short, and Gary's knowledge and expertise assured that our limited time included the city's highlights during our mini-venture. Gary's selection of hotels always meet our style and comfort.  Sue and I have many quirky and unorthodox 'schticklakh', but Gary Goldstein and Pan World Travel knows us, knows the world and has a world of patience, and knows how to make us great memories!  ELLIOTT AND SUE W.

It was magnificent.  The Tour was organized perfectly.  Our Tour Director was Michael DiAngelo, an X Park Ranger, who was passionate and extremely knowledgable about the parks.  We stayed on the rim at the Thunderbird at the Grand Canyon and stayed at the only Lodge at the base of the Zion Canyon in a little restored cabin.  It rivaled the cathedrals of Europe.  We had a wonderful time and would recommend it to anyone.  Thank you so much for finding it for us; we are indebted to you.  JOHN AND SHELLY B.

Home safe and trip was SPECTACULAR..................hotels were wonderful, the one in Florence was beyond AMAZING; it truly was a palace!  Thank you so much!!!!!  A very happy Marsha.  MARSHA R. YORK PA

Thanks so much for arranging our recent Atlantis trip.  The pools were great; the slides were fun!  We knew the food was expensive but eating an early dinner in the outdoor restaurants saved us some cash.  Our room in the Royal Towers was great and very convenient to everything (including the casino).   Extra special thanks for your recommendation to change our travel dates to take advantage of a better airfare!!  You are the best!

My wife and I have traveled with arrangements made by Gary and Sue owners of “Pan World Travel” for years. We have booked many trips with them, and all have been good trips. They are always price conscious and work to obtain the best air and destination fees. When resorts ran specials, we were given the lower rate many times.  We have referred friends to them, and they have had many favorable trips. Gary and Sue are well traveled and respected by the destinations they book. They have gotten to know us and suggest places we’d like that they have visited. They have also advised us not to go back to places we previously visited due to declines in the service and facilities.  The event above and beyond other agencies occurred when a snow storm totally closed all air traffic for three days on the East coast of the US. We were in Jamaica, at the time with nowhere to go!  We received a call from Sue telling us to sit tight and that we did not have to leave our room, under the circumstances, International law. We watched for three days as many of the hotel guests packed, went to the airport, and returned in the evening to do it all over again. Gary and Sue found a first class seat on the first plane to leave Jamaicaand re-booked us on that plane.  We recently had them book us a trip to Sandals Royal Plantation at Ocho Rios Jamaica. This trip was our best to date with a lovely Hotel, only 74 rooms, great food and service, with room and beach butlers. We plan to go back on our next trip. Cindy and I strongly advise any would be travelers to use “Pan World Travel”!

Pan World Travel provided excellent service in setting up, following through and explaining the various aspects of my recent trip to Jamaica.  The overnight stay near the airport, the flight and the hotel in Jamaica went very well.  The Secrets hotel provided excellent lodging, a beautiful view and outstanding service.  All in all, it was a fantastic vacation experience.  LEE W.,  YORK PA

Before we met Gary and Sue we thought all travel agents were the alike.  With Gary and sue we describe the type of trip we would like to take---they do the research and make suggestiuons of places we want to go and what we want to do---they take care of all the details and make arrangemnets.  They have planned many trips for us, our friends and our son that have been just about perfect.  Some of our friends had been loyal to other travel agents but now use the Goldsteins.  I guess they have all of us a little bit spoiled.  We are confident in recommending Gary and Sue to all our friends and family.  BOB AND KAY B.,     YORK PA

Hi Gary.  Just wanted to thank you for recommending Secrets Capri to  us for our recent trip to celebrate our anniversary.  The poroperty was immaculate both indie and out, our room was spacious and nicely appointed, the staff was VERY polite and the food was fabulous from the breakfast bufft to fine dining in Portofino's.  This will definately be a repeater!  RON AND CINDY E.     YORK, PA

Just a quick note to say you're still batting a thousand!  We had an absolutely terrific time at the Iberostar Grand Rose Hall Resort in Jamaica this past week.  We got back to Vermont at 1am this morning and are wisely using today to unpack, do laundry and all the assorted mundane tasks that are now part of daily life again!  I found Nancy checking in each room this morning looking for the breakfast buffet - she's having a little problem adusting!  Our trip got off to a great start when Stacey Ann upgraded our room (no charge) to an oceanfront top floor thanks to you!  The view was incredible and our trip only got better after that.  Did we hear that you like Jamaica too?  The employees were all just terrific, from the Star Friends to the butler, to the groundskeepers and waitresses.  The food was great - and I am picky - we ate in ala carte for dinner every night and all the buffets were very good. Our only concern is that we have raised the bar so high with this trip that anything else might pale in comparison.  Are all Jamaicans this friendly?  Or is that an Iberostar only trait? We can see, down the road, revisiting Jamaica at a new location if the people are this friendly.  Thanks again for the great suggestion, we loved it!  GEORGE AND NANCY M.     BURLINGTON VT

Anthem of the Seas

2/15/2016 9:10:48 AM

Hello this is Karen Russo I am an outside sales agent for Pan World Travel for the last  25 years...I've been on over 40 cruises in my time and the Anthem was my most recent.  It was the second day of our cruise and a day at sea.  Shortly after noon I ordered room service and the Captain  announced that we might hit a little bit of rocking and to please use the hand rails.  The next announcement  was for all guests to return to their cabin as we were hitting some high winds and rough seas.  The cruise director then said all movies that were available on demand where free and we watched Tom Cruise in Mission Impossible.  The ship was listing pretty good but I'm a seasoned traveler so I got a hot shower to relax and watch the Super Bowl.  The next announcement said that all drinks and snacks out of the minibar were at no charge which was cool.  The cruise director was on the bridge and gave us updates while the captain was working.  It was very interesting how he was trying to turn the ship into the wind.  Every time we were almost turned the wind would pick up and we would be pushed back.  I was never scared but my cabin mate was.  I said that I have faith in this vessel and the captain and the ship was state-of-the-art and was built to withstand high seas and winds.  The next afternoon they said it was OK to exit cabins and visit the bars as there will be an open bar for a period of time.  The captain announced there was another storm below us and he decided not to put his guests through another uncomfortable night and we would be receiving a full refund on the cruise and 50% towards our next cruise.  All of the food and service during this cruise was top-notch.  The Captain and his crew were wonderful and I consider him a hero in my eyes...  If this was a first cruise I can see people being totally turned off.  Once the storm was over the cruise was lovely and I am re-booking  the Anthem as soon as I get my vouchers from Royal Caribbean.  The ship was gorgeous, spotless and the food was excellent.  The entire staff was friendly and extremely professional.  I'm sure if I was interviewed upon disembarking Anthem they would cut my interview because I only had good things to say.  The media wanted to hear from the people trashing the cruise line because that is news.  I checked the weather before driving to the pier.  I saw a little storm and mentioned that Sunday we would rock a little bit no big deal.  By the time we sailed to that area another storm and joined up with it creating a freak storm.  Many people that work in the business said a winter storm like that off the coast of the Carolinas in February is unheard of.  I can't wait to cruise again.

Just back from Sandals Barbados!!!

9/25/2015 8:59:05 AM

Sue and Gary  JUST returned from a great stay at Sandals Barbados. The resort layout is just about perfect making it easy to get around. We had a very nice room with a soaking tub on the patio. We laughed and said that it would take a LONG time to fill up the tub but were proved wrong. We were both amazed at the water pressure in our room tub and shower and have never seen that at any Caribbean resort. The air conditioning worked great, which is extremely important when it is hot and humid. We especially enjoyed the pool options and spent most of our time at the pool that wound its way around the swim up pool rooms. While many resorts have this type of pool set-up this is the first resort which built this type of pool wide enough to actually ENJOY as a pool and get enough sun during the day to keep it warm. The restaurants were all fantastic with many different choices of cuisines and menu options with lobster offered at a few as well. We enjoyed the new Indian option, the Bombay Club and were amazed that the menu was similar to our local Indian restaurant (without the after effects of indigestion that sometimes accompany). Butch’s served one of the best (if not the best) pieces of Filet Mignon we ever enjoyed outside top level steak houses in the United States. Soy was fantastic for Sushi as an appetizer or an entire meal. Our room and the entire property was spotless. Our butlers Curtis, Jane and Sharlene provided us with little extras and we enjoyed getting to know them individually. We feel that one of the MOST important things at a resort is the staff and how they treat guests. Sincere service is easy to spot and the staff at Sandals Barbados shines and they sincerely appear happy to serve going out of their way to provide great service. All of the staff, from front desk to servers to gardeners, were excellent. We would like to give a special thank you to Joy-Ann at the bar for her upbeat personality, sincerity and kindness. The hotel is at the far end of St. Lawrence Gap if you want to look for a small bar or restaurant or just some souvenir shopping (keep your eyes open for pot holes, bad sidewalks and cars). The resort can be noisy and is still a work in progress as they add more rooms.  We enjoyed our stay and look forward to someday returning.

Secrets Playa Mujeres

5/19/2015 11:38:32 AM

We just recently returned from a split vacation to Cancun/Riviera Maya – 4 nights at Secrets Playa Mujeres and 3 nights at Iberostar Grand Paraiso.  First time to Secrets Playa Mujeres  and  very pleasantly surprised.  Short transfer to the property.  Found the resort to be very clean, good food, nice rooms and layout.  Upon arrival, I thought it would be very inconvenient to travel from the lobby where the French, Asian and Italian restaurants  are located to the rooms and pool, but shuttles were readily available and very convenient.  As others have noted, the strange little “steps” require a little extra care while walking, but no big deal (keep your eyes looking down).  Plenty of chairs with shade at both the beach and pool locations with an amazing quantity of huge beach towels. The beach and ocean were heavy with seagrass as the wind was strong during our stay.  Every morning they raked the beach to control the seaweed. Pool  floaties were readily available (and the resort was at 90% occupancy).  We really liked the fact that no reservations were required (except the hibachi) and anticipated a long wait for dinner, which did not happen. Our main issue was all the GROUPS!  Wedding parties between 15 and 40 were generally well behaved, but the larger incentive groups were loud and obnoxious, especially at the pool and the upscale restaurants. We were told that April and May were big group months. Overall, it was a very good property, except for the groups!  After 4 nights, we transferred to Iberostar Grand  Paraiso in Riviera Maya for our 6th visit.  As before, the resort is one of the best  (if not THE best) in the Yucatan.  The beach and ocean also had sea grass issue, but again, I think it has been unseasonably windy in the Yucatan as well as the Caribbean.  The service and food is of the very highest quality.  Love this place! Secrets Playa Mujeres and Iberostar Grand Paraiso are both great resorts catering to different clientele. We would return to both properties in a heartbeat.

Sandals Negril

3/20/2015 11:57:07 AM

Sue and Gary recently returned from Sandals, Negril, Jamaica.  This particular Sandals Resort has always been a favorite because of 7 mile beach and the laid back attitude of Negril.  It has been a few years since our last visit and we noticed some positive changes and improvements.  In addition to the newer Crystal Lagoon area, the entire Paradise block of ocean view rooms (club level) have been updated and renovated to a more upscale contemporary design, rather than the former tropical, flowery Caribbean design.  The new look is clean, bright and refreshing.  Having said that, the older section located in the Caribbean Beachfront Village (Bamboo Grove building and Coconut Cove building) is in serious need of major renovations.  Rumor has it that the entire section will be completely rebuilt with all new rooms.  No specific times as to when this is to take place.  One of the great features of this resort is that it is laid out parallel to the long beach, with most of the restaurants open air and right on the beautiful Caribbean Sea.  The property was quite full during our stay, yet wait time for unreserved restaurants was minimal. The dive operation is exceptional at Sandals Negril thanks to uber longtime employee Barney.  We ended our trip with the 15 minute air transfer from the Negril Aerodrome to Mo Bay airport and it was (as usual) a BLAST!  Ask us about this fantastic resort.

Sandals La Source

11/12/2014 3:46:14 PM

Sue and Gary just came back on Sunday from a GLORIOUS stay at this upscale beach retreat!!!  We have been fortunate to have stayed at every Sandals and Beaches property in the Caribbean.  Under the direction of General Manager Mr. Peter Fraser, this resort is at the TOP of the Sandals list and likely will be the number one all-inclusive resort anywhere.   The hotel layout is just about perfect combining rooms, pools, waterfalls with enough open space without feeling cramped.  The mostly Grenadian staff excels at customer service and greets every guest with a warm genuine smile and hello.  We stayed in a Honeymoon One Bedroom Butler Suite with Private Pool and hot tub!!!  Our room was beautiful and our butlers were among the best that ever served us.  The resort food was excellent and is a step above other all-inclusives.  The French restaurant served the best Lamb Chops, Foie Gras and Escargot.  Butch’s Steakhouse had the best Filet Mignon we ever had in the Caribbean, hands down.  Soy Sushi Bar has superb Japanese food.  We went for appetizers and stayed for a full dinner ordering Sushi, Sashimi and Tempura along with excellent Cosmopolitans.  I taught the hot dog guy how to make a Texas Hot Weiner and it was tasty with no indigestion afterwards (the usual after dog experience).  We are BEACH people and spend the majority of our time playing Scrabble and having Vodka and Tonics.  The beach is not huge but easily accommodates guests with drink service for everyone.  We enjoyed a scuba dive to the Underwater Sculpture Park (additional cost for park entrance) but were a little disappointed because the artwork was not as colorful as the photos on the park’s website.  The island is a little difficult to get to but well worth the effort.  We will BE BACK!!!

Back to Exuma

6/26/2014 3:16:46 PM

We recently returned from another fabulous 7 night stay at Sandals Emerald Bay in the Exumas, Bahamas.  The property was as nice (or even better) than past trips.  (see archives, June 2012). They have added fire pits around the pool which are a great place to relax after dinner and listen to the saxophone player and have an after dinner drink.  Another great addition, are the new cabanas located at the quiet pool.  They are furnished with two lounge chairs and a small table inside with a full sized table and two chairs outside in front of the cabanas.  They also have a ceiling fan which is great on those days when the breeze is non-existent (which is rare).  There are quite a few interesting excursions offered at this property.  In addition to the usual catarman and snorkeling cruises, there is an excursion offered where you “swim with the pigs”, which has to be experienced to be believed.   This trip, we took a taxi into Georgetown and rented a 19 foot boat and explored several uninhabited islands with perfect beaches.  By the way, we have NO boating experience and had no problems at all.  Dropped anchor at “CHAT AND CHILL” restaurant for lunch.  The only way to get there is by boat.  Is was a memorable day.  Not being golfers, we didn’t make use of the excellent Greg Norman golf course, but did take the golf carts and explored the course.  Views are spectacular and worth seeing and we ABSOLUTELY love this resort.
